Returns and Refunds

Because our merchandise drops are printed and fulfilled uniquely for our community, we enforce a strict return policy to keep operations sustainable.

• Strict 14-Day Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Packaging Requirement: Items will NOT be accepted for return or refund if they are unsealed, worn, washed, or outside of the original protective packaging they were shipped in.

• Fulfillment of Refunds: No credit or refund will be issued under any circumstance until the physical product is returned, inspected, and verified to be in its original, sealed condition.

• Return Address: All approved returns must be shipped to our central management hub provided on your order receipt.
