• Ecosystem and Intent: JVMEZ Collective operates as an independent label, community, and storefront. All proceeds directly fund the label and any specified charitable causes mentioned at the time of purchase.

• Limitation of Liability: JVMEZ Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party fulfillment services, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or minor color variations in custom apparel printing.

• Intellectual Property: All music, lyrical references, graphic designs (including "Easily Distracted by Music" and "Support Your Local Dealer"), and brand assets are the exclusive property of JVMEZ Collective. Unauthorized duplication without prior consent or approval by a representative of JVMEZ Collective is strictly prohibited.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
